Based in London, Nupur is a Health & Wellbeing Coach specialising in Mindfulness and Medical hypnotherapy. She offers her services to both individuals and corporates and has worked with clients across the UK, USA and India . Previously, she worked with cancer patients at the St George's Hospital (NHS), London for more than 5 years.

Her services include one-to-one coaching sessions or group sessions in which she incorporates various elements of mindfulness and meditation techniques.

What exactly is mindfulness?
